Terms and Conditions of using the Stormont Trails  

As a condition of your use of Stormont estate for the sponsored walk, you accept and agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions set out below.   

The Stormont Estate trails are used primarily by families and individuals, and we would ask that the behaviour of you and your group reflects this fact. Noisy, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour or actions likely to cause harm to any other users, our volunteers or any property of the Stormont Estate is unacceptable. We reserve the right to refuse participation and/or request the person/s to leave who, in the reasonable opinion of the organisers of the walk and management of the Estate, does not comply with these standards of behaviour. 

Remember that you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in the group while on the trail. Please do not allow your children to go ahead and separate from the group. Please respect the privacy and property of others. Do not litter the place and before you begin, agree on an emergency meeting point should someone in your group becomes separated.  

You agree not to use the trail for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited and in any manner which could damage or interfere with any other users and enjoyment of the trails.
